Rules & Regulations

By attending any RCDrift.uk-sanctioned event, all participants expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with the following rules and regulations. Any failure to adhere to these provisions may result in immediate disqualification from any ongoing tournament, without the possibility of appeal.

Sportsmanship

  • All participants are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner toward fellow participants at all times.
  • Any unsportsmanlike conduct shall result in immediate disqualification from any ongoing tournament without the possibility of appeal.

Judges Discretion

  • All decisions rendered by the judges shall be final and binding, unless a formal protest is filed immediately in accordance with the established procedures.

Protesting Criteria

  • Protests must be submitted immediately following the run in question, prior to the continuation of the tournament.
  • A protest fee equal to the event's entrance fee must be paid in full at the time of submission.
  • Should the protest be deemed successful, the fee will be refunded in full.
  • If the protest is overruled, the fee will be forfeited.

Safety

  • External devices emitting smoke, sound, or any similarly distracting effects are prohibited
  • All equipment, including but not limited to vehicles, must be maintained in a manner that ensures no risk or hazard to fellow participants
  • Batteries must be handled responsibly, including but not limited to the use of a LiPo bag during charging procedures
  • Any vehicle deemed unsafe will result in the disqualification of the competitor from any ongoing tournament
